By accessing our website or engaging our telemarketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide inbound and outbound telemarketing services, including lead generation, appointment setting, and customer support. Specific project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements signed by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate campaign materials, target criteria, and relevant product/service information. If the client supplies contact lists, the client warrants that all phone numbers have been obtained in accordance with applicable data collection laws.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Anti-Spam Policy
- DNC Compliance: We strictly comply with national Do Not Call (DNC) registries and internal opt-out requests.
- Permissible Hours: Calls will only be placed within legally allowed timeframes for each target jurisdiction.
- Prohibited Content: We do not market illegal products, deceptive financial schemes, or unauthorized services.
5. Call Recording & Data Privacy
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, compliance, and agent training purposes. We handle all client and prospect data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws (such as GDPR or TCPA guidelines, where applicable).
6. Payments & Billing
- Fees are billed according to the rate structure outlined in your service agreement (e.g., hourly rates, per-call fees, or retainer models).
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high conversion rates and lead quality, we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign operations or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual contract terms. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment for all services rendered prior to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction of the company, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
